Description

MK1 Mini door seals were unique in both their profile and texture, featuring a natural rubber finish with a distinctive pointed sealing edge. This correct profile is particularly important on sliding-window Minis, as later-style seals are too large and can place unnecessary stress on the door hinges.

These seals closely replicate the original all-rubber 24A1351 type. Although the later part number continued to be supplied by Rover, the final Rover versions had a black plastic-type finish that did not accurately reproduce the appearance of the original MK1 seal.

These seals have been specifically designed to provide the closest available match to the original profile, fit, and natural rubber appearance, making them the correct choice for sliding-window Mini doors.

We recommend using weatherstrip adhesive during installation to properly secure the seal in place.
