Genuine original sintered split lock washer fitted behind the hub nut on the CV joint drive flange. This is not the inferior pressed steel type often sold elsewhere, which Rover officially discontinued in favor of the sintered version for all production vehicles and service replacements. Correct for all Minis equipped with the large-type CV joint, offering superior strength and reliability over earlier designs.
