Description

Upgrade your vehicle's windscreen seal with our high-quality MPI Windscreen Seal Rubber, specifically designed for models fitted from late 1992 and all MPI cars from 1996 onwards, will also fit early cars. This innovative seal features an extra lip to create a neater seal line, effectively reducing windscreen and panel vibration noise during "drive by" homologation tests, enhancing your driving experience. The additional lip not only provides a polished appearance but also plays a crucial role in minimizing windscreen vibration noise.Engineered to help prevent water leaks around the windscreen, this seal is designed to combat rust issues that can arise from water accumulation under the extra lip, especially if the rubber has deteriorated due to weather exposure.Sourced from a reputable UK supplier with over 20 years of experience, our rubbers are tried and tested for durability and performance, ensuring you receive a product that surpasses cheaper alternatives on the market. To achieve optimal results, fit the rubber onto the body first, then carefully insert the glass into the rubber.Despite being a challenging task, checking and replacing windscreen rubbers and seals periodically is essential to prevent leaks and rust. This is especially important based on the vehicle's exposure to temperature changes and storage conditions. When installed, this seal measures 40mm in width, compared to the earlier CZH1719 seal, which is 28mm wide.
