On cars with a mechanical oil pressure gauge, there is normally a rubber flex hose connecting the metal oil pipe that comes out of the engine to the metal pipe that comes out of the gauge. Originally this flex hose (FAM2807) was about 5/8" diameter, but now the only version of this is supplied in a smaller diameter hose made out of a stronger, modern material. The metal clamps that were used on the original large rubber hose will no longer work on the new hose, so if you replace the hose, you need to get these new clamps. This size is hard to find locally, so be sure to order a pair of these when you order the hose.
